However, I got this error when building on CentOS release 5.2 (Final):

I can work round it with:

 QA_RPATHS=$[ 0x0001|0x0010 ] rpmbuild --rebuild python25-2.5.1-bashton1.src.rpm

But, it should probably be fixed.

I also see a load of errors like this:
